/// 02The Difference

You've Hired Consultants Before. This Isn't That.

Traditional consulting sells frameworks built by people who've never made payroll. We sell pattern recognition built by running businesses.

The Usual Engagement

Most Consulting.

  • MBAs who've never run a register or signed a vendor check
  • Generic frameworks repackaged with your logo
  • Slide decks that look great in boardrooms
  • $50K–$200K per engagement, often with retainers
  • No skin in execution — they fly home after the readout
The Operator's Brief

Operators On The Floor.

  • Two operators with documented turnarounds across indie + Fortune 50
  • Pattern recognition from running, not studying
  • A written plan you can actually execute Monday morning
  • $10K flat — a fraction of a McKinsey scoping call
  • Talk shop with your line employees because we've been them
/// 03The Offer

Everything The Brief Includes.
One Flat Price.

A scoped, finite engagement with a clear deliverable. No retainers, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

What We Don't Do.

We don't execute the plan for you. We don't guarantee revenue outcomes — execution is yours. The deliverable is the plan. If you want implementation help after, that's a separate conversation.

/// 06The Questions

Everything
You're Wondering.

Why two operators?+

Different industries, different angles, double the pattern recognition. Charles brings indie retail and creative operations; Corey brings Fortune 50 retail at scale. Two perspectives catch what one operator alone would miss.

What types of businesses do you take?+

Owner-operated local businesses doing roughly $500K–$10M annually — typically retail, hospitality, trades, and service businesses. Above $10M, you're better served by a bigger firm. Under $500K, the engagement isn't proportionally valuable yet.

Do you guarantee revenue results?+

No. We can't — and anyone who says they can is selling you something else. We deliver a senior-grade analysis and a clear action plan. Execution is on you. If you don't act on the plan, results don't follow. We're transparent about that up front.

How is this different from management consulting?+

Traditional consulting sells frameworks built by people who've studied businesses. We sell pattern recognition built by running them. And we charge a fraction of the price — $10K flat versus $50K–$200K for similar scope at a boutique firm.

Can you help with implementation after?+

The Brief itself is the deliverable, scoped and finite. If after delivery there's strong fit and you want hands-on implementation support, we discuss that as a separate engagement — never bundled into the Brief.

How long does the engagement take?+

4–6 weeks from kickoff to delivery, structured as 6–8 site visits plus async work between visits. Spread out intentionally so we see your business in different conditions — busy days, slow days, weekends, weekdays.

When can we start?+

We take a limited number of engagements per quarter to maintain quality. Apply, and we'll let you know our next available slot — usually within 2–6 weeks.
